Shipping & Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If the product you purchased came in damaged or broken, we are more than happy to replace it for you if the item is still in stock. Please send us an email (shop@clevelandwhiskey.com) with the image of the damaged item and a quick note, and we will replace it immediately. Certain items might require return in order to be replaced, such as barrel heads. 
RETURNS
Our policy is the industry standard 30 day policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please give us a call at 1-216-881-8481 and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Basically, we hope that if it doesn't fit you'd promptly repackage it.  Soiled or damaged goods will not be refunded or exchanged.
To return your product please include a copy of your original invoice or receipt and mail to: Cleveland Whiskey llc, Commerce Return, 1768 E 25th Street, Cleveland, Ohio, US, 44114.  Please indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange directly on your original invoice.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For all returns we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Understandably, we can't guarantee that we will receive your return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time we will also notify you of the status of your refund or communicate details associated with an exchange.
If you are approved for a full refund, it will immediately be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please understand that though we process and authorize these credits immediately the timing of the full credit appearing on your statement will vary by financial institution. 
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned and refunded too under the policies listed above.
SHIPPING
We are directly linked to the real time costs of our shipping suppliers, so you can rest assured that we're not charging you an outrageous fee to get your products to you.  Fees will of course vary based on shipping option.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your original shipment or for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  We cannot guarantee shipping and arrival times.

“Shipping your order is very important to us but as always our first priority is to make good whiskey.  To keep us focused we only ship orders from our on-line store on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping option.  You don’t want to pay for overnight shipping on Monday when we’re not going to get it out the door until Wednesday.  Please accept our apologies in advance, we hope you understand.”
